Therefore I have scanned some nifty pieces of art from this classic book and added them to the “Science Fiction/Science Fact” page of my “Other Art galleries.” The works of famed space artist Chesley Bonestell, as the one at left, are incomparable, as always. Yet the lovely full-color Rolf Klep cutaway painting of of a gigantic pre-Apollo nitric-acid-and-hydrazine-fueled rocket that is nothing to sneeze at, nor is the Fred Freeman cutaway of a busy, ring-shaped space station...
